Monthly Rentals in Ganaceto

Super nice and practically furnished apartment. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 children) and we felt very comfortable. 1 child slept on the couch, the second with us in bed. Very clean and furnished with attention to detail. Also ideal for small children.

The accommodation is in a perfect location for a family who want to visit the area (we did Bologna, Mantua, Parma and Modena: 50 min on average, except Modena which is right next door). The village itself is not really of interest but the parking space is right in front of the apartment and the terrace is nice.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and superbly equipped. The area was very nice and the animals super sweet. The property is very quiet and very nice. We were there with our dog, who felt very comfortable and the other dogs in the house were very reserved. The hosts are very nice people, we will be back and then stay a little longer.

Reserving this Beautiful unit was a Plus in my trip to Modena , we are beyond happy with our stay, Maria Vittoria the host was extremely helpful, the unit was very well located, was clean, and the smell in the apartment was delicious, also the lady that gave me the key 🔑 was really nice and polite, I really recomendado this place to stay in Modena
