Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our small house from the mid 19th-century. The apartment is newly decorated and interior is most things new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamy beds. You will find a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, electric kettle and dinnerware for two people. The bathroom is new!

The building's history is well-preserved and combined with trendy industrial architecture and decor. On the 4th floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
