The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

On the lower floor, there is sleeping space for an additional 2 people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and to the beach you walk in about 10 minutes.
