Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Entréplan bjuder på vardagsrum, badrum samt kök. På andra våningen finns ett trevligt allrum, toalett och 2 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng, våningssäng och liten balkong. Det andra med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i anslutande rum. Ystad tågtation ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.

Bo i centrala Ystad med gångavstånd till både restauranger, shopping och Ystads vackra strand. På bottenvåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum, kök, toalett och badrum. På ovanvåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng ett med två enkelsängar och ett badrum. Innergården är lummig och en liten del är avskild för boende i ägarnas mindre lägenhet. Tillgång finns till gratis garageparkering för en bil. Lakan och handdukar ingår inte. Slutstädning går att köpa till för 1000kr.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.
