Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The sandy beach just below the house is equally attractive in summer, with a bathing jetty and beach bar, and in winter, for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs along this road.

At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful timber-framed house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

This cozy cottage is located on the first exit road into beautiful Sandskogen. Despite its central location, the cottage is nestled in a beautiful forest environment. Ystad's famous sandy beach is only about 400 meters away and the way there is a joy to walk via winding forest paths. It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our little house from the mid-19th century. The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. You will find a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, kettle and tableware for two people. The bathroom is new!

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
