On Stallgatan in Ystad, as central it can get, you will find this beautiful half-timbered house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad Station is 200 m away and to the beach you walk in about 10 min.

Pearl on Ystad's most charming street

The street house that has most of it. On one of Ystad's oldest and coziest streets in the middle of town, this home with the modern amenities you want, fully renovated in 2022. The accommodation is suitable for single or couple accommodation. On the ground floor there is an open living room overlooking charming Vädergränd. From the kitchen you look out into the small courtyard and the bell tower at Österportsskolan. The top floor is bedrooms and decorated workspace. A perfect getaway or printer sound!

Lisas stuga ligger bra placerat i lugna sandskogen nära till både stad o strand Den centrala beskrivningen upplyser närheten till stranden (7min gång genom fridfull skog) samt ca 10 min gång i motsatt riktning genom gamla staden för o komma in till centrum, hamn och tågstation. Fast att du bor i skogen förekommer visst stadljud, då stads miljön är nära inpå. Men det är ju trotts allt därför du väljer o bo i denna lilla mysiga stuga. Närheten till o få uppleva allt mysigt Ystad har att erbjuda
