Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

In the apartment there is 1 large bedroom with crib, 1 small bedroom and a 160 bed mattress in the living room. The apartment is furnished with a large kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washer/dryer. Office space and storage are available.

It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. In the park around Ystad's stately Old Water Tower is the garden pavilion. Here you live outside/inside life because the garden and the stone covered patio under the pergola are part of the space through the large glass sections. The pavilion is designed and decorated by interior designer Anna Åkerman where the whole and details have been put together for an extraordinary experience for the pavilion's guests.
