The apartment is beautiful, very well cared for and very clean. The location is a 20min walk from the center of Florence. Lorenzo made it very easy to arrive at the apartment and was aware of everything at all times. My pleasure!!!

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Our stay was perfect! The location was amazing and the views from the private terrazzo were incredible. Host was super responsive and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. She even provided local history for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment as described at a convenient location. In walking distance of the old city centre with all sights and museums. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bakery nearby. We recommend Penta Bistro around the corner and Caffé Rainer with their bakery. Our kids enjoyed the playground which was 2 minutes away.

Small entry code problem but quickly resolved due to Mr. Leonardo's quick response. spacious and clean space.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sandro was so helpful and responsive with everything. The location was perfect. It was private enough that nights were quiet but close enough to everything for the days. Staying here made our first trip to Florence unforgettable in the best way

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

Central location. Close to everything including good restaurants around the corner and a supermarket 5 mins by foot. Very spacious for a family of 4. Please note that there are 60 stairs to get to the apartment (no lift). Host was very responsive. Would definitely return. Grazie Rossella!

Luciano is a courteous and organized host whom I thank for his hospitality. The apartment is very charming and overlooks characteristic internal courtyards where silence reigns. The location is also good for walking to the center. The neighborhood is safe and lively with quality shops and restaurants.

This place is absolutely STUNNING!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the home is HUGE and SPACIOUS. It was so incredibly clean and had everything we possibly could have needed with the kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
