Le logement était nickel , très bien équipé , agréable et l’emplacement pratique pour l’accès à la plage ou au centre ville.

An absolutely stunning property, with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home stay. Fantastic pool and pool house as well. Large kitchen/ dining/ living area meant that even with 8 adults staying it never felt crowded. Fresh baked goods left for our arrival as well as complementary toiletries. Tania and her husband were so helpful even arranging an early check in at the last minute. Genuinely is only 15 minutes drive from Bilbao and the beach, although bus stop is only a short walk away. Couple of restaurants in the local town are a short walk away. Comment from a past visitor about security cameras was over exaggerated, there is one camera pointing at the back of the garden and not into or around the house. Also felt very safe as there is the regional police headquarters behind the property 😂(but doesn’t overlook it at all). We will definitely be returning to this property and to beautiful Bilbao.

La maison de Marie-Anne est superbe, très bien décorée et équipée. L’environnement est idyllique, très calme et cependant à proximité des axes permettant de rayonner dans toute la région qui est superbe (mer, campagne, montagne). Marie-Anne est une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante, elle et son mari sont de bon conseil sur les restaurants et activités. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons leur maison.

What a fantastic find! A very simple but perfect escape in the countryside, complete with goats, chickens and a few working cats. We spent two lovely weeks in this serene location and didn’t want to leave! Every cell in our bodies was relaxed and recharged. We especially loved the melody of the cow bells as we relaxed in the backyard and the ability to cool off in the lovely dipping pool when the temperatures soared. If you need a complete escape to nature, this is your place! And there are scores of nearby villages and locations to hike and enjoy. We hope to be back again next year—thank you so much for everything!!

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

We had a perfect stay - the house was clean, everything was extremely comfortable. Our host was very attentive, quick responses to any questions and provided us with recommendations for the area. The house is in a perfect location, quick walk to the square with local bars and beautiful scenery. We wish we could’ve stayed longer ! The perfect spot for a peaceful break.

La casa es maravillosa y Ana una gran anfitriona. La casa está nueva y tiene de todo, incluyendo utensilios de cocina, productos de limpieza, cuna, dos tronas, juegos... Nos dejaron además un par de detalles de bienvenida que siempre se agradecen. Nos han faltado días para seguir disfrutándola. 100% recomendable, ¡gracias por todo!

We loved our stay in Feli’s house. The house is very cosy with comfortable beds. The location is beautiful and the view from one of the bedrooms is very nice. The large garden en glass house are fantastic. Feli and Benji are both incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wir waren zwar nur ein paar Tage hier, aber wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und Rodrigo ist einsehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und die Lage wirklich außergewöhnlich. Nebst der Pilgerstätte, kann man von hieraus sehr schnell, sehr viel unternehmen. Viele Grüße - Fam. Koch Sólo estuvimos aquí unos días, pero enseguida nos sentimos muy cómodos. La comunicación fue muy amable y Rodrigo es un propietario muy servicial. El alojamiento es como se describe y la ubicación es realmente excepcional. Además del lugar de peregrinación, se puede hacer mucho desde aquí muy rápidamente. Nos encantó quedarnos en casa de Ainhoa! El jardín es precioso y bastante grande. Es el perfecto lugar para relajarte. El Airbnb tiene muy buena ubicación si te gusta conocer viñedos.

We loved the place in Getaria, the house is comfortable and charming, we wanted for nothing. Close enough to beaches, great restaurants and hiking trails. Want to emphasize the wonderful restaurants in Getaria, Zumaia, and of course San Sebastián. Javier the owner was so kind to us, made sure we had what ever we needed/wanted and gave us great advice about everything Basque Country. The view of the sunset was spectacular. Highly recommend this house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à trois générations. La maison est magnifique et très agréable à vivre à plusieurs, et c'était un bonheur de se baigner dans la piscine chauffée fin octobre. Le paysage qui entoure la maison est vraiment spectaculaire. On ne se lasse pas de le redécouvrir tous les jours en fonction du temps. On quitte a regret ce très bel endroit. De belles balades à faire à pied autour de la maison et le Pays Basque, l'Espagne sont très accessibles en voiture. Merci à Sonia pour nos agréables échanges. Anne et sa famille

superbe maison. Nous avons dû décaler plusieurs fois le séjour et même l'annuler avant de le réserver a nouveau. L'hôte à toujours été réactif et nous avais remboursé notre réservation lorsque nous l'avions annulés. Merci pour tout !!! je recommande a tous.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Nagore fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz que se respira en cada rincón. La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y perfectamente equipada para una estancia cómoda. Nagore fue en todo momento muy amable y atenta, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: aislada para descansar, pero a la vez cerca de varios puntos turísticos que merecen la pena visitar. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos.

This is a heavenly place to stay! The interior is so beautiful with a lovely little outside sitting area too. The house has so many interesting touches and was so clean. We enjoyed our stay very much, finding it very peaceful. I would recommend this gorgeous house and hope to return one day

Leigham was an excellent host. Very responsive to any and all questions and was able to provide numerous recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. “Number 8” is located in a small, walled, hilltop village with some buildings dating back to the 1100s. It is on a very quiet “street” steps away from the main square, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment is on four floors allowing everybody to have their own space as needed. Three bedrooms with two washrooms … makes life easy, as we were a family of four. You drop your luggage 20 meters from your front door with free parking about 200 mètres away. Located in the heart of the Rioja a wine region, you are never far from some of the best wine in the world . In fact, you can walk to the nearest Bodega right in the village!!! If visiting the Rioja region, I recommend Leigham’s Number 8 as your home base.

Es una casa estupenda, perfectamente equipada. Nosotros, no echamos nada en falta. Es nueva, cuidada, acogedora.. La cocina perfectamente equipada al igual que los baños. Llena de detalles : novelas, juegos de mesa, juegos infantiles (viajábamos con una niña de año y medio), obsequios de bienvenida.. El terreno exterior muy cuidado y muy agradable. El río en la parte baja es muy relajante. La comunicación con Albano, perfecta. Responde rápido a los mensajes y las instrucciones que da son muy claras. El entorno es precioso, hay muchas excursiones para hacer, tanto andando como en coche. Sinceramente, de las mejores casa en las que hemos estado.
