Had an amazing stay at Seaview. Property was so clean and well laid out. Nice modern kitchen and shower room. Great garden for us and the dogs and the views are stunning. Such a great base and within a few seconds walk of the 2 best pubs in the village along with all the local shops so close by. Would strongly recommend John’s house. We had a fantastic time.

Lovely place (especially when combined with the full trail house), very close to Glentress and easy access to Innerleithen by bike or car. Well kitted out for groups of outdoor enthusiasts

We really enjoyed our stay at Curlew Cottage. Daniele was so welcoming and friendly that we soon felt at home in the warm and comfortable cottage with everything you need. It is wonderfully peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside for walks or relaxing with a good book. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would love to go back again. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our toddler especially loved exploring outside and had a great time running around the old Kirk next door. A lovely, peaceful spot—we’d definitely stay again!

Loved it here, gardens were in full bloom and glorious to spend time wandering around. I found the home very comfortable, and we were very well catered for. Breakfast was fab and the facilities provided all we could have needed.

Liz is a really great host, responded quickly to messages and was so thoughtful paying particular attention to allergies that one of our party suffered from. The cottage is cosy and although it’s small Liz has made really good use of the space and provided so many helpful bits that you may have forgotten to take with you.

This was a great holiday, away from the bustle of city life. The house is beautifully located and very comfortable and homely. It is close to the beach but at the same time private and quiet - except for the sound of the sea! There are some lovely trees and bushes in the garden. The coast , cliffs and inland countryside are all very attractive and it is easy to get away from people if you want to. Helene has is all respects been a considerate and informative host, being proactive in contacting us and seeing that we were OK about arrangements and settling in. We spent 8 nights at The Gegan, wish we could have stayed longer - we would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Eyemouth holiday park in the caravan. The location is fantastic, short walk to Eyemouth beach and loads to do in the area. Kerr responded quickly to any of our questions and was really helpful. I’d definitely come back.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Mark the host gave us super easy and clear instructions to get to, and get in the caravan which made things super easy. The caravan is absolutely stunning, so clean inside with absolutely everything you need, from plates, cleaning products, even a slow cooker and dishwasher. Everything was left for our one year old including a cot and blankets, and they even had bubbles, loads of games and books for all ages. The WiFi worked really well and honestly we couldn’t fault it. The site was lovely, although there wasn’t loads to do for the kids, they made use of the golf, football pitches and pool. The entertainment was decent and we even won £500 at bingo! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Honeymug provided the perfect backdrop for our group of six meeting up to reminisce about college days forty odd years ago! The cottage was comfortable and cosy and the welcome basket of goodies was indeed most welcome! Very comfortable beds to sleep off the long, coastal walks and swims in the indoor pool. We ate in The Bosk on our last evening and enjoyed it very much, having sampled the Friday evening pizzas too! Everyone was a fan of the outdoor jacuzzi, which we booked each evening and whirled away an hour chatting to the various local members we shared it with! Everyone was so friendly and we learned a lot about the area. Highlights were our boat trip to Inner Farne, an afternoon with the Chillingham cattle, and a day spent on the beautiful and peaceful Lindisfarne. We left feeling there was so much else to discover and we'll hope to be back to do just that! Many thanks John!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 8. Great location with many restaurants in the area. Easy access to bus service for city center. Facilities had everything we needed. Perfect place.

Lauras directions and communications were spot on. Despite the caravan not being new it was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Facilities on site were good. Lots of lovely walks available without takimg the car. Its a great base for exploring the solway coast..

We stayed at Hayley's place for a couple of nights to break up a long journey home from the outer hebrides. The home is really tastefully designed and decorated and we felt relaxed and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. The one issue we did have was resolved immediately for ys us. Thanks Hayley for a lovely place.

A really cosy, home from home cottage with a beautiful enclosed garden overlooking the surrounding countryside. Very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a real treat. Thank you Debbie.

Stayed here for our annual friends trip. We are both history nuts so went to Linlithgow Palace, Edinburgh Castle and town, Palace of Holyrood and Roslin Chapel which were all less than an hours drive from the airb&b. Will & Henrietta’s place is beautiful, set on the estate with the old brickwork. It’s a lovely mix of modern with vintage charm inside. The conservatory was my favourite place especially for my morning coffee and was a great retreat once we got back from a busy day out. Everything was clean and tidy with instructions where necessary. Unfortunately, didn’t get to meet our hosts but they were on hand for anything we needed. We arrived very late at night as drove from North London so found it a little difficult to find, however this was mainly down to it being dark. Have suggested for instructions to be provided in case of anyone else coming late at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it felt very homely and was the peaceful escape we both needed.

Just returned home from a lovely stay in the amazing Bartlehill Cottage. Absolutely spotlessly clean and even nicer than the photos. The garden is beautiful and the woodland walk was perfect for our lively terriers! The cottage is so well equipped and lots of thought has been given to supplying pretty much everything you may need. Furnishings and bedding are super quality and very comfortable. Lowri is the most perfect host, helpful and very responsive to messages. It was our first visit to Northumberland and the Scottish Borders and we'll definitely be returning to Bartlehill to do some more exploring!

Our stay at Foulbog was idyllic! The cottage and surroundings were beautiful. Lindsay was a great host and we would highly recommend a stay here!

We had such a lovely break at this beautiful home. The place was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light – it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. As a special touch, we were warmly welcomed with freshly baked bread and scones, which went down an absolute treat – such a thoughtful gesture! Perfect cottage for our stay and we had everything we needed. Lovely big, main bedroom and plenty of hot water. Back garden secure and ideal for us with our dog. Really enjoyed the visit and can fully recommend to others.

A very comfortable home. Excellent kitchen facilities and wonderful WiFi. TV has streaming services and is very fast. Bed very comfortable and very pleasant rural location. Access to wildflower meadow and very friendly hosts. Sally also has tea coffee milk etc in the beautiful kitchen. Definitely a great find . The nearby small town has some delightful shops. The bothy is perfectly described and very clear joining instructions.
