It is a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen, work space, dinning area, terrace, living room, bedroom, TV space, WC and bathroom. It is on the third floor of a very secure building. There is also access to an interior garden on the main floor. It is one street away from the main avenue, near the entrance of the Charles Darwin foundation, 2min from the sea.

Listing matches photos. The location is perfect. The owner is kind and responsive. She has a tourist agency and can take care of booking tours and or inter-island trips. The kitchen area can be used to have breakfast. On the other hand, it is not sufficiently equipped to cook. The mattresses are of good quality. We took advantage of a promotional offer as we were the first guests of the place. Our value was good for the first few days. We extended by one day and discovered the expected price. The value for money was no longer in line with us. It was missing too many amenities but I'm sure it will be arranged soon with all the essentials so you can enjoy the place to the fullest.

The rooms were comfortable, comfortable beds all 2 had air conditioning. There was hot water in the shower. The view of the surroundings was not very nice, close the windows as soon as they arrive. The wifi on the day was intermittent, but at night when you could use a little more, there was no signal.

SUPER HOST. We have a nice experience. he answers us immediately of any doubt, and gives us many recommendations of walks and tours. very friendly Don Jose Luis. the suite has a great location, close to everything, there are shops, panateria, restaurant and close to the seawall. it is super big and spacious the suite, we are 5 people and the children run from all sides. Many thanks to Jose Luis, super nice the suite, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
