Monthly Rentals in Gaisgill

This is a really lovely "cabin"........spotlessly clean , with all necessary equipment and very friendly host. Knowledge of the area was readily available and the newborn lambs provided plenty of entertainment . Mixed weather for our 3 night stay, but we were really cosy . Ideal area to explore , being so near the Yorkshire Dales and also within easy drive to the popular towns and villages of the Lake District. I really enjoyed my stay with Alison. Good communication and a really well kitted out place (especially if you like to cook yourself). I would highly recommend her as a house. Orton itself is lovely and has some amazing walks nearby!

All 10 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint AirBnb at Bowerdale. It’s a cozy property with everything you need located in a gorgeous farm. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Alpacas in our backyard on Day 1. The kitchen was super well equipped and had everything we need for all meals of the day. The heating worked well and the AirBnb stayed warm despite the 1° weather. There were many extras that were very thoughtful (e.g. disposal bags, cakes, BBQ materials) that made the stay extra comfy. It’s only an hour drive from many of the popular Lake District sights as well. We wished we could stay here longer and would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
