Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

Wir haben unser Haus aus dem Jahr 1608 liebevoll saniert. Ganz oben unter dem Dach trohnt das Studio, mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Der mediterrane Garten mit Feuerstelle darf mitgenutzt werden. So auch Sportgeräte wie SUP u.a. Sogar ein Motorboot kann gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
