This apartment is located at the back of my villa where you can enjoy the garden and shared pool It is located very close to the Pont de la Nationale and the beaches are 5 minutes by car and bikes are available for walks around the Costa Nova Inlet. We are family with 4 people and we stayed at Marianas house at the first floor for 3 nights. The apartment and the facilities were excellent and also responsiveness of Mariana 👌 We loved and would definitely recommend Marianas place. Would come again 😊

Nice apartment 300 m from the beach - Praia da Barra

Our family stayed at this apartment for a week and a half. The apartment was just as described, quick walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and close to main roads for quick access to Aveiro and Costa Nova. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 3. Comfortable beds, 2 large bathrooms, kitchen with most of what you could need and spacious living room. Our only complaint was that the washrooms only had large tubs with hand held shower, if you wanted to take a standing shower it was difficult. A shower curtain or partial glass wall would have been ideal for an easier stand up hands free shower. Maria was a great host and quick to reply.

Ana's place is wonderful. Completely renovated, tastefully decorated, with many kitchen utensils, very new, clean and a great location. I just put some sticks on it that would have made the stay of 10, much more comfortable: - we were going with two kids and the stair guards were broken so that was dangerous for the baby and we had to be continually watching - a canopy is missing on the terrace to enjoy it. With the heat and sun it was impossible to go out on the terrace to enjoy the views having breakfast or eating. - does not have a washing machine. On a beach site it seems fundamental to at least being able to wash the towels and some clothes. Thank you, Silvia
