Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. It has room for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits. In addition, there are plenty of play opportunities for children. Sauna use is possible for €20. Guests staying only one night pay a surcharge of €20.

The Storchennest in Maust/Teichland is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable there from the first second and had a great time. We also found the climate in the wooden house very pleasant. The furnishings and amenities are of very high quality and everything is thought out in detail. The proximity to the Spreewald, the beautiful terrace and the quiet area make the stay an absolute relaxation. We will be happy to come back again!

A place to arrive and feel good Gunar and Sabine have created a very special place in Goschen. From the first moment we felt welcome and comfortable. The old school is full of history and character, and with its loving decor and the many small details – such as the charming salad cutlery – it immediately gave us a feeling of home. The property is ideal for groups: three cozy bedrooms and a dormitory for four offer enough space to spend time together and still retreat. We used the weekend to cook together, laugh and just unwind. The atmosphere that the house radiates has made all this possible – and we are going home with many beautiful memories. The place was small and cozy. We particularly liked the location right on the lake. Due to the changeable weather, however, we could not enjoy the lake as we would have liked, but it was also a good starting point for excursions such as to Lübbenau or Burg (about 45 minutes' drive). Nearby Beeskow offers a museum for historical music machines in the castle and right next to it there is a warehouse with 17,000 paintings from the GDR era, which is very worth seeing. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

We were able to stay in this cute little cottage from Friday to Sunday. It's an absolute highlight. A place to relax and unwind. Everything you need is available. The cottage is a true miracle of space. The large outdoor area with terrace and fire bowl invite you to enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine in complete tranquility. The sauna and hot tub are easy to use, also because of the detailed description. All in all, the house was perfect for us! 😍 We'll be happy to come back and recommend it for a romantic weekend without reservation!
