Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We would come back anytime! Perfect for relaxing and Heeg is also totally beautiful. There were 7 of us, but the house also offers very good space for 8 people as there is really enough space and you can spend time together indoors or outdoors.

We had a very nice stay in the beautiful cottage right on the water. Communication in advance went smoothly and we found everything as described. There were two of us. With 2 older children, it could be tight and cramped, especially in terms of storage space.

Lovely, spacious house in one of the most beautiful places in Friesland, located directly on open water with beautiful views over a lake (It Piel, borders Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and the countryside. Recommended for those who love peace, space and the Frisian lakes.

The cottage is absolutely wonderful!!! We had an amazing weekend staying there. The place itself is so unique and special, and the care, cleanness and attention of details of the hosts made it even more perfect. There is plenty of things to do in the area, walking, biking and visiting many cozy villages nearby. The boat to cross the small canal to reach the house is the cherry on top of all the charm. We will definitely come back and couldn't recommend this place more.
