Monthly Rentals in Fussels Corner

There’s not much that I can say that hasn’t already been covered by most all of the previous reviewers. The space is compact, but uses it well. I try to be as low maintenance as possible when a guest in someone else’s home, and this visit was no different. The little notes around the space are helpful as well. I spent most of my time working during the week, so it’s not fair of me to comment on the local happenings or amenities outside the home, but the space is exactly as advertised, and would make a good base for another professional business-person such as myself. The private courtyard is a nice touch, so as not to bother Amelia and her family, that I never had a chance to meet due to being so busy with work both in Lakeland, and on the computer once back at “home”. All-in-all, the value cannot be beat, especially considering that entry level hotels 20 miles away were almost $400/night. This fit my needs well, and was quiet minus the pesky airshow (that I was working at).

Clean, private and quiet. Great customer service. Breeze is very quick with communication, and was attentive with any of my questions. A great location to stay in. Specially when you want to get away to a peaceful, relaxing, and private location. Thank you for everything Breeze.

Very happy with our winter stay, great location and close to many amenities. The house is bright, spacious and cozy. Our 4 year old granddaughter visited for a week and there was a well stocked toy chest, games and books. The ping pong table was fun and well utilized! Donna is a wonderful host, and quick to respond to messages. I would stay here again, and I recommend Donna's airBNB.

Karyn's place was precisely what we were looking for; a small private, convenient spot. It is immaculately clean. And Karyn was very responsive to any questions we had. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and remains a private spot for renters even though it is attached to Karyn's home. We highly recommend renting from Karyn and we will definitely rent this space again if we are in the area!
