The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Bungalow Millau

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.
