Very nice apartment with a wonderful view of the valley. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Anna is a super nice and helpful hostess. Everything was available in the apartment. Nothing was missing. We'd come back any time.

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

everything was as described

As a small family (with a child, 4 years old) we were guests of Susanne for four nights. First of all: we did not regret it for a second and would do it again at any time. The small but nice apartment is in a very great condition. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the friendly manner of the super nice neighbor, the daily breakfast with a wonderful mountain panorama on the seating area of the terrace as well as the short evening digestive walk to the waterfall around the corner. In addition, it was great that we could park our car under a roof or in the shade in view of the sometimes very warm days. Even in the apartment itself, it was always pleasantly cool. We highly recommend it!

Very nice place to stay in a great location. In particular, the view from the balcony was fantastic, here we liked to make ourselves comfortable for hours. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean. Communication and process went smoothly. Glad to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, especially the beautiful evenings on the balcony with great views were wonderful! The hosts are super friendly and provided us with a lot of information and ideas for the area. We were very pleased with the nearby lake and the good starting point for via ferrata, also the sauna area in the nearby thermal bath was great, super stylish, a lot was redone here, a real oasis! We haven't been able to explore everything in the week and would be happy to go back there.

The place is exactly as described, very easy to get to by public transport and also skiing from there is no problem with small walkways and ski bus/train. The small balcony is great, kitchen invites you to cook for yourself, a cute place to stay! I would always come back for ski holidays in the region :)

Sabrina’s apartment was beyond wonderful — clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the hospitality was exceptional. Sabrina was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely at home. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

The time in the Zillertal was super nice. Nina was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The apartment is as stated, well equipped and very clean. In the area there are many opportunities for hiking. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Fügen! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group, with plenty of beds and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient. The host was friendly and flexible with both check-in and checkout, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Zillertal region!

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.

Outstanding! The apartment is elegant and cozy…we felt treated to something special and right at home at the same time. Pam and Leon thought of every detail. We had everything we needed. The infrared sauna was perfect after a long hike. Pam helped us with restaurant reservations, hiking advice, and directions. She was very attentive when we needed it, and also gave us privacy. Get the breakfast box! A unique experience and exceptionally good! We will be forever grateful for our experience at Van’s Place!

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. The area is great for activities, including hiking, cycling, swimming or rafting. We will definitely be coming back. We'd also like to come for skiing😍👍. Kind regards, Katja

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!
