It is a completely independent studio inside a shared flat where lives 1 person. A cool lady 😄 You enter the flat and go to your independent unit fully equipped with a bathroom and kitchen which only you will use and have access to. You can see the distribution on the picture. The flat it’s located in a 13 store building with elevator. It’s a residential area walking distance from Ruzafa neighbourhood. About 10 minutes. The area has free parking on the street.
