She provided us with a crib and assisted us when there was a general blackout in Chile. The apartment is beautiful, with a good view, spacious, clean and everything works well. We were 5 friends and fully enjoyed the stay in the apartment, which is very comfortable, spacious and bright. Catalina made sure it was heated and had extra blankets in case it was necessary, but the temperature was very pleasant, and she kept in daily communication with us. The entry system was also detailed and the building staff were also very friendly. Just to point out that in the dishwasher, the hot water comes out to the cold water side and we thought the boiler or water heater wasn't working. But it's a tiny detail. We fully recommend the apartment and hope to visit it again.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Rodrigo's house is beautiful, very cozy, very quiet neighborhood, zero noise, nothing is missing, fully equipped, minutes from everything, closed garage, and everything shown in the photos, Rodrigo responds in seconds, very kind. The distances to Frutillar, Petrohue and the surroundings don't feel so far with the beautiful landscapes. We really liked Puerto Octay.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and convenient with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I would definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. We loved the location. It was nice to be a tiny bit out of the main centre but still about to walk there. Stunning views and wonderful apartment.
