I stayed in Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was always ready to help. She provided us with a crib and assisted us when there was a general blackout in Chile. The apartment is beautiful, with a good view, spacious, clean and everything works well. We definitely loved it, very cozy, impeccable and had everything as described in the publication. 100% recommended. Good location, which was one of the things that interested us the most since we have a car. We felt at home, and we definitely plan to return.

Excellent accommodation, much larger than what you see in the photos, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home, close to everything you need such as shops and restaurants, Javiera always answered my questions and was available in case we needed anything, I loved it, I would return a thousand times more....

The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy, located in a very nice and new building, quiet and safe environment, 5 minutes from Plaza Pto. Varas. Edu took care of all the details to make my stay excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the space is spacious, everything was impeccable, the bedding, bathrooms and kitchen all seemed fabulous to me. It has good heating and the space is cozy, plus its decoration is very nice. My experience was really good and I recommend it anyway.

Very nice area, very nice apartment, the living room is a little small for 4 people, but comfortable. The rooms with the bathrooms were larger and very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy, and very well-equipped. Daniela took very good care of us, always attentive. The pool is a little cold, it's small, like for young children. My daughters were also able to bathe, but there were children who did not enter. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, the building is very neat and clean.

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

The apartment is divine, very good location. It's very well equipped with details that wouldn't have occurred to me. We couldn't use the pool, you had to wear a cap, bring one if you want to use it. But very nice. The girls were super clear with directions for everything. We will be back!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, it has the space very well distributed, it is close to the waterfront, which allows an exit outside the city to the main attractions in an expeditious manner. It has a lot of security, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi at no additional cost, it's perfect.
