My stay at Las Cascadas was a wonderful experience. The cozy and quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy a well-deserved rest with my family. The staff's attention was excellent and the place in general had a special charm. I'd love to come back soon and enjoy the warmth and comfort this place has to offer again.

This place was perfect. There were 6 of us. My four kids all loved it and they age from 4-18. The property is on a huge parcel of land where you can walk around and explore. The house itself is a museum of treasures. It is decorated with original pieces from early 1900s. Each room and wall had something amazing to look at. Claudia made us breakfast each morning. We would love to go back and spend more time. We even had our own guard dogs who sat out front of the house all night and would go on walks with us. Really an amazing place hopefully we can visit again.

Enrique is one of the best AirBNB hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. His very warm, friendly and welcoming attitude made us feel like personal guests at his property. The property is a true “bed and breakfast”: charming and nicely decorated. During check-in Enrique gave us a brief tour and provided us with helpful instructions for our stay. Definitely would stay with Enrique again.

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!

We were very happy with our stay at the refuge The view is wonderful. The place is located on a quiet plot and full of nature, which allows you to disconnect from the noise and congestion of the city The cabin is very well decorated, everything is very new and in good condition, comfortable and with the necessary items and accessories for the stay In addition, Sergio brought an exquisite breakfast every day, with fruit, eggs, homemade bread, etc. Communication with Sergio was excellent, he answered our calls or messages quickly and was always very friendly to coordinate with us Highly recommended

The view of the volcano and the lake plus the hot tub is totally worth it. Communication with Julio was very good and the heating works very well. It is a comfortable house, although a little girl. We went only with my husband and son and we were fine, but I can't imagine it for more people, at least in winter. Also, there is no pantry space and the bathroom is chiquitito. We were unlucky and the light was cut twice. For the price of the lease, I think I should have a generator.

We were looking for a house to rest a little after a long trip and it was more than we expected. In addition to meeting all our needs, we also received a lot of love from Telma (a very clever kitten) and gained a great friend in Nathalia. She gave us privacy, but at the same time we had very valuable exchanges, she let us participate in a meeting with her friends, she took us to visit a local place, we always ate together and even watched TV series. She's much more than just a host. Regarding the house, we were amazed by the space. It has everything you need, everything is very clean and of high quality. We were surprised and it exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend it a lot. Just a note, the location is not close to the center. For us it was not a problem, as we like to walk.

A very cozy place, perfect for a quiet night. Excellent location in the very center of the city, and within walking distance of restaurants and mainly the lake. Any transportation that drops you off at the Plaza de Armas will be just 100 meters from the place. We only stayed one night but we would have liked more! And Bernardita is super friendly and helpful! Recommended

We had the best stay as three young women travelling! The space was clean and exactly as described, with a gorgeous breakfast and cute dogs! Staff were very attentive and friendly with some great recommendations of things to do while on our travels. Would highly recommend.

Helga’ place was close to town, we were walking distance to restaurants, museums, the beach, and other attractions. Her breakfast was served every day with a variety of yummy food. She was so flexible about serving us breakfast, some days we needed to leave very early and she has the breakfast ready for us. Helga and her family were a wonderful host, we love to seat with them to talk.

Veronica is an excellent host, from the beginning she was very helpful to us. As for the place, it is the same as shown, I would even dare to say that it is better than what you can see. Super comfortable beds, super delicious pillows and the bathroom, what can I say, super clean and equipped. The included breakfast is very tasty and hearty. It's definitely a place I'd like to go back to, both for Veronica's hospitality and for the tranquility of the area. Thank you so much for everything Vero!

The apartment is well furnished and relaxing. Bed and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Good hot water. Closet with coat hangers is very appreciated. Close to grocery stores, and easy walk to the water. We would definitely stay again.

One of our best stays in our 2 month travel. The place is stunning. Great hosts. Nothing not to recommend. Road to get there was a bit difficult but we managed with a sedan. Would 100% go there again

Excellent stay at Carmen's place. She is very friendly and was very flexible in offering us vegetarian breakfasts and giving us the opportunity to have them before the scheduled time so that we could go out on excursions early. The place is very nice and quiet, which allowed us to rest as if we were at home after the walks. The accommodation is very close to downtown, the waterfront and the restaurant area; it can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. It is also three blocks from the Turbus terminal, for those traveling by this means. I will recommend it and would definitely come back on a future trip.
