Magnolia Drive Refuge, safe and comfortable

I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

Note: Our property has recently been cleaned up after Hurricane Helene. The town of Hendersonville and Asheville are all open and many favorite spots have reopened. Cozy home with full kitchen and full bath located on a tree covered drive. This one bedroom house is your own private oasis. Only 8 miles (approximately 15 minutes) to downtown Hendersonville, 13 miles (approximately 25 minutes) to chimney rock and lake lure, and 18 miles (approximately 30 minutes) to downtown Asheville
