Within 10 miles of both entrances to the National Monument. Come see all Fruita has to offer! We do allow dogs but limit them to 2. Pet fee covers one.

The carport is available first come first serve for additional parking. Located close to the river and bike paths with easy access to main roads. Bookcliff Ranch Casita (Little House)

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.
