We had a great time at Penelope's place. A small, quiet new house close to Oléron. The house is very nice, and very beautifully decorated! The bedding is great. Our host was available and very pleasant. We would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return!

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

Excellent stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very well-equipped (the mattresses are very comfortable). It's very quiet and it's great to have the ping-pong table and bikes. We'll come back if we come back to the area😊.

Despite a late arrival, Cindy took the time to show us the accommodation and we thank her for this attention, the accommodation is very nice, on sunny days it must be a pleasure to go there, for us it was a short stay so not had too much time to explore the surroundings, I recommend for those who love tranquility and good air.

We had a wonderful time with the family in Elsa's house and especially enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean, as in the photos. Only the bathrooms/showers now showed signs of wear. The washing machine and dryer were very practical. Elsa was very friendly and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the place for a relaxing beach vacation on Ile d'Oleron!

a week spent with the family in rather mild weather in this villa meets expectations. The little ones loved their room with these small desks very convenient for drawings, the pool sufficiently heated as well as the gantry with its swings. As for us, the adults took full advantage of the pétanque court for wild parties as well as the calm that reigns in this area. Our host responded present for check-in as well as checkout, thank you to him. We highly recommend this listing for family stays.

We enjoyed the quality and equipment of the accommodation, the best of the best! Difficult to use everything!!! Very enjoyable comfort with the family! The place is huge and no one was bothered by anyone else. During our stay the weather wasn't always nice but everyone still found something to suit them! Walking distance to the beach as well as the small city center. Everything is planned for a great vacation. Not to mention the hospitality of our host that we particularly appreciated. You can feel the family's attachment to this family home! Thanks again!

Charming accommodation, decorated with taste and really very well-equipped. Very pleasant outdoors. Sabine and Vincent are welcoming and full of care for everyone. (Apple juice on our arrival, children's toys) The location is perfect for discovering the Marais Poitevin. We had a very nice week.

Frédérique and Frantz's place is superb! Very quiet with a beautiful exterior and especially the Jacuzzi. Very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped: nothing missing:) Very good welcome from our hosts who really take the time to give us good tips for discovering the island. Communication was seamless and proactive. Frédérique and Frantz took all the necessary time when we arrived to make us feel at home. The whole family enjoyed the little welcome gift and these great moments spent in "La Source". We discovered the island of Oléron that we didn't know. Very nice discovery: everything is easy by bike, beautiful beaches, nice walks. We already want to come back again. You can go there without a second thought.

Pet-friendly single-story home. 3 large bedrooms. Garden is large enough. Lots of sightseeing within an hour's radius. Supermarkets not far away. Very peaceful because set back from the road. 3 parking spaces including 1 covered. Poor TV reception but the very good quality of the WiFi counterbalances this. Very well-equipped.

A great stay. The house is functional and well located. The shops of Château d 'Oleron are within walking distance and the view is magnificent. Oleron's path passes just in front of the house. We had a car and were able to crisscross the island where there is enough to take care of it for a week without any problem. This side of the island does not have the most beautiful beaches but for walks, fishing on foot, a little swimming is perfect. In short, a lovely stay.
