In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant studio equipped with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility of 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbits. Ping pong table. Outdoor gas grill on request, to be returned cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops. Libourne 5 min, Saint-Emilion 15 min. Close to the A10, A89.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Typical Bordeaux stone house just renovated, bright and full of charm. The house is adjacent to a set of outbuildings to the castle being renovated. Small private courtyard with a sunny terrace where you can enjoy family moments.
