Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. $0 Cleaning Fee! Sunnyside Hideaway is an entire apartment on the lower floor of our home. Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone.

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.

Timber cabin with views of Kachemak Bay located 6 miles from downtown Homer. The place is spacious yet cozy with a main floor master bedroom that includes a queen bed. Upstairs includes a spacious loft that sleeps four with one queen bed and two twin beds, along with a nice sitting area and a table for games. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook. The cabin is kid friendly with stair gates and a pack n' play. There is also a large yard for playing and a deck for relaxing.

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.
