Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

The building has pool and sauna that makes it a pefect gateway for relaxing, along with the apartment's terrace. It is located in the perfect place to enjoy Frigiliana, peaceful, accesible, next to oldtown. Parking is possible in front of the apartment and it's 5 minutes by walking from all the restaurants and little shops in Real st.

This property has be lovingly restored by it's artist owners who live locally. This historic property is over 100 years old and built on foundations from the 1600s. While front door access is from the main street, all windows overlook the peaceful botanic gardens. Enjoy views of the countryside and a glimpse of the sparkling sea from the small private terrace.
