This house was terrific! We would definitely stay there again. The house was clean and quiet and very close to the Tower District.

I have stayed here before. Always a wonderful experience. Kyle's team is wonderful to work with! I had an issue where I needed help with maintenance. The response time and the professionalism of the maintenance person as well as Danni on the support team was exceptional. I always try to stay at one of Kyle's properties.

Maggie’s homestay was perfect! The location was excellent, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The space was spotless, and Maggie was incredibly responsive and kind throughout my stay. The backyard was a highlight—private, cute, and very spacious. I would absolutely love to come back!

So glad Chateau Yale was available! We love to stay here. Perfect place in a good location. Has everything we need, comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, water and dryer are always a bonus. Scott is great with responses and very accommodating.

Perfect accommodation and location for a quick trip to Old Town Clovis to engage in antique/vintage shopping. The accommodations were spotless and very comfortable with all the needed amenities provided. Erica was quick to reply to any questions. The proximity to Old Town is the added plus which allows one to walk to restaurants, shops, coffee houses, etc.

The house and the area are nice. I appreciated the extra bath towels. A three o’clock check in and eleven o’clock check out was helpful. Check in and out were easy.

We spent almost two month in this cute cozzy house. The place got everything we need even for long stays. Response fast and efficient.

It looked just like the photos. Very clean and big room. Perfect for a family and in a safe neighborhood. All around would stay again.

Nice 2 bedroom located very near my work site inside gated community so it felt safe.

My friends and I (5 total) were in town that weekend for a wedding. We had an excellent stay. The beds were comfortable and there were cotton pads and q tips provided that were very helpful when removing make-up at the end of the day. There was plenty of street parking and the neighborhood looked quiet and safe. One side note is that the pool table in the garage was tilted so it was difficult to play. Other than that, everything was great.

Steve’s place was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and I really hope it’s available next time we’re in Fresno. Steve had the place very well stocked, and it felt like home. The extra attention to details to welcome us was very appreciated. The added security of being in a gated complex was also reassuring. Communication was top notch. I give Steve my highest recommendation!!

The apartment met my expectations very well—clean, comfortable, and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The condominium had restricted access and was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended

Where do I begin?!?!? When we walked into the space, my jaw dropped. The photos were nice and very accurate. The energy of the space was peaceful and relaxing. The decor was modern. The kitchen had tons of extras. Things that I have at home, not normally found in most AirBNB's. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was extremely clean and that shower! It looked just like mine at home with the rainfall shower head and great water pressure. The space wasn't cluttered at all. We appreciated the attention to detail. We loved the open space design. We felt safe and secure. Kiaro's listing should be the standard for AirBNB's. I need to go look at the others they have available! The communication was great as well. I recommend with all of my chakras! Peace... 💙
