Kyle was a very good communicator. An adjacent unit’s guest were making a lot of noise late in the evening and Kyle was quick to respond and very understanding. The unit was clean and comfortable and I was able to reserve it at very short notice after another host canceled on my just hours before I was due to arrive. Kyle saved the day!

Our stay at Stacy’s suite was terrific! Upon entering our “home away from home” everything was clean and fresh! We loved having a small kitchen, sitting area, comfortable bed, spacious closet, immaculate bathroom and shower, quiet neighborhood and easy parking! Everything we needed and more! This will be our go-to place when visiting family in Clovis!

We are returning guests here: this is our spot to stay when visiting family. Rose Ann is responsive, helpful, and the space is always cozy and clean. This is not a full apartment, but they've been considerate to have on hand amenities you'll need for short stays there no matter what the season. It's a private spot and quiet location. Hosts are always very considerate of noise (this is a suite attached to a home), and we really appreciate that they provide a nontoxic environment when we stay there (I am allergic to chemicals in laundry detergents, cleaners and air fresheners). You definitely need a car to get around the area, but Woodward Park is a comfortable mile walk away and is lovely. Will definitely be back, thanks Rose Ann!

Perfect location for a single traveler, or a cozy couple. I loved every bit of this place. Easy, safe location with in-front parking. Private fenced in patio which was PERFECT as I was travelling with my dog. While small, the compact organization was masterful. I actually snapped some pictures so I could remember what I loved and try to replicate it at home. Every detail was considered and well executed. Even a card and nice welcome basket upon my arrival! Five stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Paul and Dana were very friendly and made an effort to make sure my doggie felt comfortable around the other dogs. Paul showed me everything. I wish I could have used them but the rain was a hindrance. I’ll reach out for sure next time I’m in the area.

Sonal was super nice and accommodating. The space was clean and quiet. I work remotely so it’s important that it’s not too noisy. It seems like the space is attached to their house so I did hear people throughout the day and night but it didn’t keep me from working or sleeping and I felt like I still had my privacy. It’s far enough away from shopping centers so it’s peaceful but not too far that’s it’s annoying to get out and get essentials.

Holly was super thoughtful in the way she set up the room. We especially loved the books provided in addition to the snacks and entertainment. The space was clean and homey with a mid-century modern vibe and it was so cozy! Holly was also very easy to communicate with. The process to check-in and check-out was a breeze as well.
