Monthly Rentals in French Quarter, New Orleans

Had a fantastic stay at this place- only a few mins walk from Bourbon St, but far away enough to be quiet, it was the perfect balance. I was working from home during my stay, and for the first week the internet was pretty unreliable unfortunately, but the hosts were proactive and made sure to rectify the situation asap. The only other feedback I'd give is that things like soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets etc. were only enough for a few days. Felt a bit cheap, as usually in long term stays I'm used to this kind of stuff lasting at least a couple weeks.

Great place to stay in NOLA. it was really close to Frenchman, one of my favorite parts of NOLA. Comfy bed, nice and firm, and I slept like a baby. I would stay again if available. 5/5

Wonderful stay and great location! We felt safe the entire time and perfect for exploring around the nearby French Quarter. We already booked our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had the best time staying here. This place was absolutely perfect for us. It was close enough to all the action, but just far enough to give us a peaceful escape when we needed it. The streetcar stop right out front was a total game changer and made getting around so easy. Our host provided amazing recommendations and was incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again if we return. They also have several units in the same building, so we’re already thinking about planning a family trip.
