(Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). This guest house was built in the 1970's and care was taken so that it would match the period of the front house, which was built in the 1850's. It is a 1 bedroom (queen size bed), 1 bath house. The futon mattress is an 8" memory foam. Dogs must be under 20 pounds and there is an additional fee. Please mention in your booking request if you intend to bring a pet so that we can adjust the total accordingly.
