An absolutely fantastic stay at Tia's river property! Impeccably clean with a stunning river view from the backyard. Spacious enough for two families (8 people total), the backyard by the free-flowing river was a highlight for both me and my wife - we loved sitting by the river and having morning coffee! The river-facing hot tub was spotless and well-maintained. We loved the thoughtful detail of clearly name- marked sections in the kitchen and bathrooms, making everything easy to find. All kitchen utensils were pristine. Tia, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive. Though cell service was absent, the fast Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling made it a non-issue – a perfect chance to disconnect. Highly recommend for a peaceful, rejuvenating riverfront getaway!

Chris and Tarina are always so welcoming and kind, we really enjoying visiting with them when we see them out at the house next door. We will be back for year 5 :)

We had 10 people staying at the house,four young children, two teenagers and four adults and I would say that it was comfortable. There was plenty of bedding and linens. Kitchen was well stocked. It was very close to a river and not too hard to find.

One of the unexpected highlights was chatting with the gardener. What a genuinely nice and brilliant man! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with him and his insights added a special touch to our visit. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being so conveniently situated right at the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park made our daily adventures incredibly easy and maximized our time exploring the park. We highly recommend Smokey for anyone looking for a cozy, friendly, and perfectly located stay in West Yellowstone!

My wife and I stayed in this excellent cabain for three days, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s located just about an hour from the West Yellowstone entrance, which made it very convenient for visiting the park each day. The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and clearly well cared for. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how everything was set up to make guests feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hosts, very attentive. I stayed in the hideaway bed in the living room and even that one was super comfortable. Close distance to the western entrance of Yellowstone though be extra early when heading out because the line to get in is very long around 9am

We had a great stay at this place. It is not far from West Yellowstone - great location if you drive. It was a great deal. Recommended!

Mindy is very responsive and approachable. will definitely recommend staying here.
