Cabin vacation rentals in Fremont County

This was a perfect stay! Beautiful cabin in a very peaceful area. The way I search for a place is first, a king size bed on the main floor and second, comfortable, kickback and recline seating for talking, napping, and movie watching. We couldn’t have found a better spot. Very comfortable bed, big walk in shower in master bathroom, comfy couches, kitchen with everything we needed. We loved it!

Beautiful cozy home, peaceful, tucked in the pines, great proximity to Yellowstone. Had all of the amenities we needed and more. Great layout. Highly recommend. Jeff was very responsive and easy to talk to.

Our stay at the Midnight Pines cabin was wonderful. The place was so clean and spacious. We cooked our breakfasts/dinners and packed lunches from the well-stocked kitchen easily even with such a large group of people. The extra fridge was helpful and the washer/dryer worked well. Brian and Chris were very communicative on the front end and quick to respond while we were there. Our family ages 3 to 77 loved the pickleball court, the hot tub, and especially the space to gather. We slept comfortably with plenty of room to spread out. With 14 people, the 5.5 bathrooms were so helpful when heading out early each morning. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick, (22 min) beautiful drive to the west Yellowstone entrance. Although we did a large Walmart pickup order in Rexburg on the way in, the grocery store across the street was well-stocked for items we forgot or needed. We even chose to leave YNP early one day so we could hang together at the cabin! We wouldn’t change a thing.

We had an incredible stay at the cabin—perfect for our family, from parents to our little one, who was thrilled to spot a moose one morning. The cabin was cozy, the host was fantastic, and we’d love to return in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at this Yellowstone cabin! The space was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully organized, it felt like every detail had been carefully considered. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and all the furnishings, appliances, and amenities were high quality, which made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the park. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and well equipped home base near Yellowstone!

The cabin was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for two families to spread out and everyone have their own areas. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room! The fact that there were enough seats at the table for everyone to sit down and eat together was a huge bonus! Every single room was clean and welcoming, just like the pictures showed! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this cabin!

Lovely location away from the busy national park area. Everything was clean and new. We felt at home!

What a beautiful cabin! Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and that master bath is incredible! We also loved the hot tub. Island Park is lovely! Next time, I’d like to stay longer so I can spend more time in and around Island Park. We enjoyed dinners at Lakeview Lodge.

Cabin was clean and cozy, in a nice forested peaceful location, about 30 mins from Yellowstone west entrance. The bath tub is tall so maybe harder to use if you have mobility issues.

The house was even better than advertised, we were all very pleased. The location is very convenient to Yellowstone, along with tons of activities and recreational areas in the area. You could spend a month here and not even get close to doing it all in the area. I love how secluded and private it is, while still feeling safe. If we come back, and I really want to, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to book this again. We already miss the sunsets on the range out front. Thanks for sharing your property Montana Jim!

Rhe pictures didn't do this gem justice. Such a sweet well thought out and accommodating place to be a home away from home. Cleaners did great and our host was kind and a great communicator. would stay here again in a heart beat. thank you for sharing this home.

You can not go wrong with this rental especially if your a good sized group. There is plenty of space for all. One of the best equipped rentals we have done, they literally have everything you need. I was working from home a couple of days we were there and the internet is amazing I was able to do quality zoom calls with no issues. All the rooms have king beds and are so comfy. The porches are relaxing for a morning cup of coffee and the surrounding settings are peaceful and serene.

Amazing!!!! This place was 10 out of 10. It was so unique and beautiful. The host was kind and was willing to help with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a fun, family getaway. We wanted to spend some time in Yellowstone and also along the river. This cabin was just the right size for our family. We were grateful to have the amenities to cook in the kitchen. There was bear spray provided in the cabin. We enjoyed the hammock and reading outside. Every question we asked or need we had was met with an immediate, helpful response. We would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a nice stay here. Logan was very easy to get in touch with, and the house was nice and comfortable. The only thing I will say is understand that Yellowstone is huge and prepare for a long drive once you are in the park.

We really loved this cabin. It is cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the heater kept the cabin warm, and there were plenty of extra blankets and even some bear spray to use while we were out and about (too bad--we never saw a bear). The porch and fire pit areas were so nice, even when it was pretty chilly outside. The extra apartment was more separated from the main house than I expected, but it was perfect for traveling with young adults who wanted to stay up later than the old folks and younger kids. It was in a more developed area than we expected but still let us enjoy fresh air and the beautiful forest surroundings (we even saw a fox one morning!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was peaceful and exactly as pictured. Sally was very communicative and welcoming. She even provided us with freshly baked scones and wine upon our check in. We traveled with our two kids ages 3 & 5, while they were great with the lofted area, we were nervous that the area did not have a protective railing - which makes the bedding a bit better for ages 7+ (in my opinion). One final item for future guests is to remember to bring body soap and shampoo/conditioner as I missed this in the listing details. There’s a market and cute local restaurant (Connie’s) nearby to grab items easily.

Neva was a wonderful host! She was quick to communicate and answer questions! The kids loved finding all the cute animal decorations inside and out. It was really close to Yellowstone but far enough away from all the crowds. The cabin did get quite warm during the day but cooled off nicely at night! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc for meals at home! She even allowed use of her condiments! The main bed was firm but comfortable. The kids loved having their own large room and own beds! Lots of extra blankets for cooler nights. Loved having a dishwasher, and washer/dryer! One note, if you need a wheelchair accessible/stair free cabin, this wouldnt be a good fit. But it works really well for families with kids! Ours wanted to spend their whole vacation in their room since they had their own tv haha! Thanks again Neva!

This is a lovely, spacious home in the woods near neighbors. Very clean, looked almost new. The only drawbacks were the unimproved road to get to the house (dusty, could be muddy with rain) , the construction with a pilot car on the road leading to the unimproved road and the yard. The yard was what you might expect in the woods, no grass but it also slopes and is rocky. This is not a problem unless you have young boys in your group who would like to play outside. We have rented just a few other homes in the mountains, so thought this a little pricey. Overall, very satisfied with the home and Lauren's helpfulness.

We had a wonderful time at Green Ridge Getaway! The house was immaculate and very well-cared for, and it had every amenity you could ever need. Jan was the perfect host--communicative, friendly and prompt to respond. It's obvious she cares for her house and guests. I have nothing but positive remarks for this property and highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Yellowstone, Grand Tetons or any other excursion. I hope that we can someday return here--it is one of our most memorable vacations ever and this home was a big factor. Thanks again for your hospitality Jan!!
