Everything we wanted for a weekend getaway and more! One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in…. Everything was thoughtfully designed, well stocked and as described. The views were amazing. We had wine on the porch in the evenings and coffee w a view in the morning. The stars are also amazing at night! Loved that this location was a bit more off the beaten path

The house was actually nicer than I anticipated. Having lived in the area for over 25 years, that was an older neighborhood with some house with neglect. NOT ANYMORE! It was nice, quiet, friendly neighbors. The dogs on either side of the fence were friendly and quiet. The house itself, was very clean, updated, comfortable. It also smelled good and not stuffy or musty. The house rules are very easy to abide by. We will be staying there every time time we go to Canon City if available. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was great for our little family. The convenience of having the pack and play was a game changer.

Jaime was a great host! We had an unexpected delay (someone took a wrong turn mountain biking and ran late…) and she was able to work with us on our check out time, for which we couldn’t have been more grateful! The place was lovely and the perfect respite for our first trip to Salida. We’d definitely stay again!

Ed's place was a perfect midpoint for our National Park Adventure driving from Iowa. It had everything needed for a comfy overnight stay. I was worried about the lack of central A/C but the entire house cooled off nicely after the sun went down with a few windows open and the swamp cooler running. It was also nice for everyone in our party to have their own bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute Airbnb. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and we enjoyed being walking distance to the historic downtown area.

What a beautiful place to land. ! From start to finish our experience with Evolve was flawless . From the cozy blankets , the beautiful space , the thoughtful welcome basket , and the detailed check in and check out process . I cannot say enough to express what a wonderful host Evolve was for us .

Joe’s space was perfect for our adventure filled weekend! After a long day of hiking, the hot tub was a massive plus to have. We sat outside and watched lightning storms around the area from the perfect view!

Stayed here more than once. It is always clean, neat, convenient and has all the kitchen and bath room tools available. Air conditioning works great. The place is perfect for us.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed! The location is central to everything - the river, great restaurants, and we could see the mountains from bed. My husband had the best sleep the entire trip while we were here, it was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and very quiet, we didn't see or hear anyone else during our stay. We'd love to return to town and would stay here again!

I spent 2 nights in this apartment and I recommend 100%. The place is in Historic downtown in a wonderful 150+ years old building. Felt like I was conquering the Wild West BUT with all the comfort we need in the 21st century!! Plus, a free parking lot less than 20 yards away directly to the side walk. Just perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Hunter's place. The location was perfect, we walked to all of the shops and restaurants nearby without having to drive once. It was great stay for a weekend getaway.

We stayed here a couple of years ago, so we were familiar with the unit and surroundings. It's in an excellent location, bright and comfortable inside, and fairly priced. We'll stay here again if it's available on our next trip.

The condo is very nice and looks like the pictures, it's got modern styling, but it's comfortable. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The location is so nice for downtown Salida, you could park behind the unit and never have to get in your car again, unfortunately we had a bunch of stuff on the outskirts of town so we ended up driving a lot anyway. Sierra was super friendly, we ran into her at the boathouse and she actually recognized me and she was so friendly. If I had to complain I'd say the stairs from the back parking spot to the bedrooms were more than I expected and I was lugging a baby with me unloading the car, but really not that bad.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb was tidy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to stay there again on our next visit!

Location was perfect for our getaway! Walkable distance to really good restaurants, the royal gorge train station, Centennial Park, and the Arkansas River Walk. Place was clean, clutter free, perfect size for our family, and cute decor. Appliances were easy to use and updated. Homeowner was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend for visiting this area!

Lovely location, kind host and very nice place to stay

We loved our month long stay! The condo is located right in the heart of Salida yet away from the bustling noise. We could easily walk to grocery stores, all the shops and restaurants on F Street, the Arkansas River and hiking/biking trails. We didn’t need our car hardly at all. The unit itself is located on two floors - the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and laundry upstairs and the kitchen, eating area, living area and half bath on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that’s needed for cooking. The small patio has a grill and two chairs for sitting outside. There are board games and a dvd player for added entertainment. The hosts are very responsive and make sure guests enjoy their stay. One of favorite Airbnb’s!

Honestly, this location will be our benchmark for all other stays in the future. We walked in and felt we could move in and live there very comfortably. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings is very inviting and whoever did the conversion of the loft space in this great old building knew what they were doing. Everything was as described or better (ok the mattress is a little firm but that’s a matter of personal preference), everything was clean and functional - we thoroughly enjoyed our time there in downtown Salida. Highly recommended!
