We absolutely loved staying here. The home is very lovey, inviting and relaxing. It's in a great location to walk to the train and to the lovely local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

First, take a photo of the key code and text to your group. I did not and left my phone in the house. So, yes, I locked us out. Everything was on my phone. My friend sent a message through AirBnB to Wendy explaining what happened. She called her right away and got us back in the house. Phew! The house is a 10-minute walk to downtown Salida, which is so cute. Full of shops, places to each, art galleries, stores for kids, an arcade, etc. One can walk to the grocery too. The house had everything we needed. It is nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Our only issue was the one bathroom. We managed with it. If you have a teen who takes forever anytime they in the bathroom, this could be a problem. Plenty of hot water for several showers in a row and lots of towels. Really like having the washer/dryer access even a drying rack. I would stay here again!

The most amazing home with breathtaking views!! I would give this home an 20/10 if I could! If anyone has an opportunity to book this home, don’t think twice about it. It’ll be worth every penny spent. The BEST AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in!!!

River Retreat was a lovely stay! The house is very cozy; beds and linens are soft, showers are nice, kitchen has everything you need and the layout is spacious and well lit. The location is ideal for a quiet neighborhood that can be accessed by walking trail along the river and just minutes to the downtown area. We would love to come back!!

Stephanie was a great host and always quick to get back with us if we had any questions. Her home was very clean and comfortable. Stephanie went above and beyond if we ever needed anything. Having the grill out back was a plus, we felt right at home. We will definitely look into staying here again if we are back in the area. Thanks again!

What a beautiful place to land. ! From start to finish our experience with Evolve was flawless . From the cozy blankets , the beautiful space , the thoughtful welcome basket , and the detailed check in and check out process . I cannot say enough to express what a wonderful host Evolve was for us .

Joe’s place was fantastic. Super peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Spectacular views. Hot tub, fire pit, and bbq right there! Views right from the couch! I do want to note, there isn’t a kitchen sink or stovetop, I’m sure it’s listed in the listing but good to plan for. His space does have a coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, utensils, so you can still make most small meals or bbq. Another reviewer mentioned the freezer being broken, it’s not exactly broken but more like a fridge. Our hamburger patties did defrost, not a big deal for us, but if you were planning to bring frozen goods or store ice or ice cream, I’d plan accordingly. Overall fantastic getaway though! Would love to come back!

We had a great stay and bet comfortable accommodations! Great location , close to all restaurants and stores in downtown Salida, the river and trails by S Mountain. Love all the windows and the great views of town and the mountains. Wish we could stay longer!

We loved Judy’s place. It was perfect for our group of 6. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (tho we didn’t cook much), easy parking. Lots of nice touches: extra hats, umbrella, games, even a Safeway card (local grocery) for discounts. We were all in town for a wedding and the venue was only a mile away. Thanks again

Great location! Right in the middle of downtown. Small walk to the river, restaurants, etc. Gina's place was clean, and has a lot of character. There are many blankets and amenities for your comfort, however, it is a shared common area and noise travels. we recommend bringing ear plugs just in case. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

Such a a great location, this was the perfect spot for our family - walking distance to two different playgrounds, library and arcade (for the kids), and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby too (for the adults). The condo had everything we needed and was well-maintained. You couldn’t ask for more responsive hosts too - Silky and Niki were so accommodating with last minute requests that it was just a really pleasant experience all around. 10/10 would stay again!

Clean, Modern, Quiet and Convenient. Our second time in this unit. Very good communication. the Place is super quiet, as it's tucked in a little area off the road. We had a small issue when we arrived, and they took care of it immediately. There are about 16 stairs to upper level, so if you have mobility issues, consider this.

Staying at Harmony House 360 was awesome spring time experience. We got almost a foot of snow in the first 24 hours over Easter weekend. The trip was intended to be a fishing weekend for my son and I. I was stressed about what we were going to do, what restaurants were going to be open and how we were going to get there. The property is in an outstanding location and has all of the comforts of home which made the weekend. The WIFI was speedy and worked well with our gaming console. Having Safeway and so many restaurants open on Easter Sunday in walking distance made the location very convenient. Mateo was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and fly shops and was quick to respond with any questions. I just wish we could have spent more time on the rooftop. The weather cleared quickly and we still had a great time on the water.
