This was one of the best places we have stayed at. The kitchen was stocked amazingly well, all the toiletries one could need, and had a great layout for our family. John was very communicative and easy to reach. We had the best stay!

Such a magical spot right near the river, downtown and the mountains. This place truly cannot be beat! This is the best place to stay in Salida!!! We never tire of this wonderful home. We cannot wait to come back over the summer!!

The living area features a stone fireplace framed by wood accents and a mounted flat-screen TV. Comfortable leather sofas are arranged around a wooden coffee table, complemented by an area rug. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the space, showcasing a serene outdoor view.

This house was a great size for two families to fit comfortably. It was in walking distance to the river, the park, and town plus an easy drive to Monarch Mountain. Great spot for spring break .... We would definitely book again!

William was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful. Dolly’s dream is in an excellent location, right on the river and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and local park. My family enjoyed walking on the large sidewalk along the river. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

This place is great we had a cleaning miss hap but they took care of as best they could. There is only one TV which is hard for a family of 5 with kids ranging from 18-11. The blinds at the back door didn’t work so that was a bit of a struggle going out on the patio. There is no fans in the bedrooms so if your one that likes a fan I would bring one. The Kitchener’s fully stoked with everything we needed. They had some board games which was nice also.

The entrance features a covered porch with wooden beams and a red door. A pink bicycle is positioned next to seating for two, complemented by a bench on the right. Soft landscaping surrounds the entrance, enhancing the welcoming appearance of the space.

The property is very quiet and private but also easy access by short walk to downtown to eat and shop. Easy to access the highway to travel to the ski areas. The bedrooms are upstairs and allows for a group to be downstairs and enjoying the kitchen, dining room and living room while others are sleeping. One thing i noticed is the house has many little extras from soap, pillows, and blankets to name a few which made the stay even better. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again on my next trip.

We had an excellent stay at Dvora's place. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking, and the location was convenient for exploring Salida on foot or bike. Everything matched the description and communication was great. Thanks for hosting us!

We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable in modern yet rustic 1600 sq ft loft. This is a historic property that served as a town garage in the 1800s and early 1900s. It was completely remodeled, but you still get to experience the exposed brick and painting on the walls. The property is in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. This property is quiet and spacious. Its prime location offers quick access to Royal Gorge, & Skyline Drive.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this is Airbnb. The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the outside space. The place has some really cool decor with a Parisian flare. Directions from Pinon Vacations were super clear which was nice not to have to reach out to them for anything during our stay.

A welcoming entryway features a wooden bench in front of a door with large glass panels. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the polished wooden floors and the oak staircase leading to the upper level. A small shelf holds books and decor against a clean wall.

Excellent location just blocks from downtown and right on the Arkansas River. Spacious first floor living space with open kitchen second floor with great master bedroom and a nice area to hang out at night to watch TV or read. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous weekend stay during their annual Bluegrass Festival weekend. The unit was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable too. Right across from Arkansas river for east access fishing. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and riverfront establishments. Great vibe in the town too! Standout was the kitchen. I’ve stayed in many where the pots and pans and utensils are just awful but everthing here was perfect!
