Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Etwa 900m über dem Meer, gleich an der Wutachschlucht gelegen und bei guter Sicht, mit Blick auf die Alpen. Die geräumige und helle Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge. In the middle of the Black Forest at an altitude of approx. 850 meters above sea level, you will experience your vacation either in peace in harmony with nature or active while hiking, cycling, skiing (in the winter months). With its waterfalls, Triberg offers a unique natural spectacle, endless hiking trails and viewpoints.

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam.
