It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest. The bedrooms are rustic gables and turrets, and because of the sloping roofs CANNOT be locked by doors.
