Brianna is an excellent communicator and a great host. She was timely in her communications and provided clear and easy to follow instructions for checkin and checkout. The unit was modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend Brianna as a host and her unit.

Her apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials a traveler could ask for. She went above and beyond by offering me complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality throughout. Perfect place to stay. Slept well, comfortable sitting area. Parking was easy in the garage and having the shuttle to medical appointments so we didn’t have to drive was exactly what I wanted. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Amenities were great although we didn’t use them due to our appointment schedule. This would be great place for families with teens or young adults - gym and pool with lounge area with games available. Close to museums and the zoo. Close to Rice University. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

This place would get 10 stars if I could! It’s so close to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful, the pool and outdoor area is perfection with so many pool toys, THEY HAVE A NINJA BLENDER, the house has an awesome layout (the stairs, skylight room, etc.), I could go on. Besides the home, the best gas station (it has everything you could ever need) and coffee truck is right outside the neighborhood. It’s also away from the chaos and all the stores, but still a short drive to everything if you want to go venture out. It’s also only 10 minutes or so off the ferry which was nice considering we got there at 1am and the ferry made me tired. I searched through many smaller/basic rentals in the area w/ higher price tags, and could NOT believe when I saw this home for the price, let alone with a pool. The host was very nice, helpful, and responsive. There’s only wins here! It’s too good to be true, but somehow isn’t! Will 100% book again the next time I’m in the area! ?

Our family had a great time at the beach house. It is beautiful and spacious. Pros: super close walk to the beach with an easy access gate at the back yard to get to the beach boardwalk; spacious private beds/bathrooms for all, modern amenities (including whole home audio system), kitchen well stocked, very comfortable beds, basic toiletries/towels provided, great views, lots of entertaining space, and the island is perfect for setting out a large buffet of food. Cons: guests not allowed to use elevator (this was a LOT of stairs for our elderly mother), Hot tub jets had very low pressure - guests have no control over the hot tub temperature, and have to call/text owner every time for use. We had read about this in previous reviews, but didn’t realize how much an inconvenience this would be, especially if you want an impromptu late-night hot tub plunge. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons by far. This was a beautiful house and the whole rental experience was smooth and easy.

This place was ideal for a weekend at the beach, very close to the beach access point (literally across the road), and an awesome downstairs patio and hang out area for the parents after the toddler went down. We also loved the practical touches, like blackout curtains, that helped everyone have a true R&R weekend. Definitely recommend this place!

I booked this place for a crew of employees I sent to Houston for an extended installation project. My employees were highly satisfied, and I will definitely rebook in the very near future as the project continues.

We have been searching for a Texas beach that is calm, quiet, and beautiful. This is it! The home is just as described and the beach is much more relaxed than other popular areas like Port Aransas or Galveston. Our kids loved swimming in the gentle waves and searching for crabs on the shore, and we loved sitting on the porch and watching the ships come and go from the port. We met a few of the neighbors and they were very kind, and Carolyn allowed a late check out which was really helpful. Overall we had a great trip, and we hope to come back.

Great Place to take the Family Close walk to the beach ! Highly recommend

The location of this Airbnb is right off the rail line just a few houses down and very close to downtown Houston. The house is laid out very nicely. The open kitchen floor plan makes cooking meals fun and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was quick to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Houston!

Our stay at this beautiful property was quite enjoyable. The communication with the staff was excellent, and the property matched our expectations perfectly. We found several wonderful restaurants within a short 10-minute drive, including Nate’s West End and Watermans. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would rate it highly.

Overall a good experience. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing as to which fob to use on the elevator, and the WiFi was a bit unstable a couple of times. But the unit was as pictured, clean, and sell equipped. 👍

This condo was wonderful. Can't beat the location and beach views. The condo was as described in the listing with plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the pools in the complex and of course the beach across the street. Really appreciated the beach gear for use by the guests as it saved us from having to bring/rent an umbrella or chairs. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Galveston!

Beautiful studio condo. Very peaceful. Mark and Mayvic are very responsive. Here are a few suggestions: 1. The condo has a Keurig for coffee. Some coffee is provided, but if you are picky, you may want to bring your own. 2. The nearest grocery store is on the other side of the island, It may not be a bad idea to stop at the grocery store prior to your arrival. 3. Mayvic and I had a great laugh at this: Beware when you flush the toilet. It sounds like those toilet flushes on the airplane, but 3x as loud. Scared me to death to where I had to laugh at myself. 4. Mark and Mayvic have literally thought of everything to provide (comfort, kitchen essentials) to make you feel at home. This place is highly recommended and I will return.

Jill did a fantastic job hosting their spotlessly clean, well stocked beautiful condo. She thought of everything - perfectly detailed guest guide with clear instructions on how to operate everything. And did I say clean!? So nice! They even stocked games and books including one she a Bill wrote on the history of Islander East which was very interesting. The condo grounds in general and pool were very well maintained. Jill and Bill went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely come again! Thank you!
