Wonderful place to stay: everything you need is present in the accommodation; the area is very quiet, amenities are close by, you can immediately start hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings!

We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and cosy and we felt at home straight away, the host is friendly and helpful. We liked the location with three beautiful national parks within short driving distance. Everything was clean, beds were great, we would highly recommend the place.

What a super cozy and nice cottage! We had a lovely time with the four of us (parents and two kids aged five and two). Everything we needed (except for a high chair, maybe I would bring it myself) was there. The people at the reception of the park are very nice and helpful and the communication with Rianne was good. The star walk is recommended nearby for an accessible and beautiful walk with kids. A little further (20 min drive) we have been to the experience path of Hoogersmilde, also recommended! Our kids also enjoyed the tree crown path (about a 40-minute drive). On our last day, we picked up the market in the village square of Vledder (where there are also a supermarket, bakery, etc.).

We stayed for the second time in this beautiful accommodation and, as already 5 years ago, very enthusiastic about the house, garden, and the beautiful surroundings. Ragna and Lysander are very friendly hosts who have created a little paradise for their guests with a lot of love for detail. We can recommend both hosts and accommodation without exception and can imagine another stay at any time! Thank You!
