Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

The space is a self-contained equivalence with necessary tools. In the bedroom there is room for 2 people as well as on the sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a washer and dryer in the conservatory. It is possible to use the garden and grill the utensils in the summer upon agreement with the host.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Nyd et skønt ophold i en moderniseret herskabslejlighed i hjertet af Frederikshavn. Her vil du bo i super smukke og rolige omgivelser med en vidunderlig havudsigt mod øst og fuglekvidder fra vest. Lejligheden har en utrolig dejlig placering med kort afstand til mange nærliggende skovstier og den famøse Palmestrand. Aastedhytten - forest house with great views.

Aastedhytten. Newly built thatched house from 2020 in scenic surroundings. The house is surrounded by forest in a protected natural area overlooking Aasted Ådal. At the bottom of the valley runs a river, and here there is ample opportunity to enjoy nature up close and hike on a marked route in the area.
