Overall this place of stay was wonderful and clean. A wonderful location if you just want to go to the lake! Would come again.

Shelly’s place was lovely and a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner, and enjoy shopping in downtown area several times and always felt safe. Her place was very clean and just like the descriptions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This place is a gem! So quiet, peaceful and private! Every possible amenity was provided - if I had forgotten to pack anything I would have had no need to worry, the Compartment has it all. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly; they gave us great dinner recommendations and were flexible with check-out. Watching the deer in the evenings is a must, and the deck has been recently updated to include a small pool which is perfect for taking a dip on a warm summer evening. My only regret was that I didn't book our stay for longer!

The house was cute, comfortable temp, beds were soft and comfy with memory foam topping, plenty of space, CLEAN, good neighborhood, plenty of parking space, and all the amenities. 5 stars!!

This is a truly lovely place, near enough to Wimberley but isolated enough that you feel away from it all. It's exactly what we were looking for and I expect we'll return!

We had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth's home! Beautifully decorated with very comfy furniture/beds and amazing bathrooms. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting outside in the screened in porch listening to the birds. The neighborhood is lovely and very peaceful. We felt very much at home and didnt want to leave. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a great stay! Very responsive and very helpful! Aside from a few unexpected critters everything was clean. The space was well kept and the outside fire pit was amazing to use! Loved staying here would definitely be open to staying here again if ever in Fredericksburg!

Very satisfied with the property to include the back-yard which was perfect for our doggies. The residence was immaculant and felt like home immediately upon arrival. My wife and I will look to this address the next time we visit Fredricksville.

We had the absolute best time at Ava’s place! The location was so perfect for everything we wanted to do, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was fabulous and our pup had the best time. Ava went above and beyond to be an amazing host and we would love to come back!

This house was a big hit with me & my friends! It was clean, spacious, and had a lovely backyard that felt very peaceful. We loved that we could walk to Main Street and felt safe. Highly recommend!

Adena has a true talent of making someone feel welcome and taken care of. Truly one of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in! Lives every minute of it. She has made a beautiful space and then shared it in such a wonderful way. Very grateful to her for allowing my husband and I to enjoy some peace and quiet together.

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
