We loved staying here. The view is spectacular! The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. The house had good, positive energy and we all slept like babies. The windows in the living room are amazing.. especially during a lightning storm. I enjoyed how easy going the entire experience was. We did not run into any issues. Thank you Sean for hosting!

We throughly enjoyed our visit to Fredericksburg and our stay at this cutie house! Location is close to downtown while still having a private, neighborhood feel. Also loved that each bedroom has a king bed- perfect for couples, along with great living room space. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this lovely lake side home! It was the perfect little getaway to spend Easter with our family. The guys really enjoyed going out in the kayak and paddle board provided and we all moved the hot tub! Would absolutely return.

It was me and my partners first time in Fredericksburg and we absolutely loved it! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s in close proximity to great eats, shops, and various good times! Probably the best little vacation I’ve ever had.

Fantastic home. We loved the amenities and really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home (makeup towels, a proper coffee pot, and a stocked kitchen that wasn’t a hodgepodge of cheap cups, glasses, and kitchenware). The decor was funky and fun and the hot tub was a peaceful perk.

Perfect and quiet place to gather with family! Very comfortable , have everything you need very accesible and easy to find. We felt very safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was quiet, secluded, and very comfortable—perfect for our family of five. Despite the peaceful setting, there was plenty to do nearby and great restaurants just a short drive away. We had a slight issue with the pool, but Brandi, our host, responded quickly and took care of it right away. Great trip overall—wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This was an incredible trip and an incredible house. They recently renovated and it looks great. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were amazing. As for outside, the pool, porch, and yard were phenomenal and exactly as the pictures described them. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weekend getaway outside of Austin.

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

Our stay was great. Elizabth was a perfect host. She and her team are very communicative and respond to all needs quickly. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook multiple meals without need for anything. The knives were sharp and in great condition which I appreciate as many homes we’ve stayed in have terrible ones that make cooking a challenge. The house has wonderful views of the Guadalupe River and is minutes away from the super cute town of Greune by car. Just know there is not river access from the house. But it’s a super short drive to nearby access. We would stay here again. It was a great weekend getaway.

This place is great for any type of getaway. It's in the center of peace and tranquility with great restaurants/bistos, a new coffee shop, wineries, and breweries close by. Although we have experienced those in the past, we didn't leave the entire weekend. We enjoyed the quiet Hill Country by the pool and spa, cooked out, set by the fire pit and had early morning coffee outside. TV and wifi service was perfect, if you need that during your stay. We had our two small dogs with us and they roamed freely and were intrigued by the frequent appearance of deer that calmly walked through the property. It was all picturesque.

This was a great place! The location was really peaceful with a great view. It was so serene sitting in the pool or hot tub looking out over a valley with no other disturbances. We would highly recommend this property!

The Airbnb was beautiful and comfortable. The location was quiet but walkable to all Main Street has to offer. Jourdan was an excellent host with very quick response time. If we ever get the chance to return to Fredericksburg, we would definitely stay here.

We were in town for a concert at Whitewater amphitheatre and knew nothing about the area, so we took our chances on this place. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It was the perfect location and walkable to everything this fun town town has to offer.

Loved the house and the location. We enjoyed the fire pit one night and the quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable! Loved being close to downtown and had a great time hiking at Enchanted Rock!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed this place so so much. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend so we never drove - just walked everywhere. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Jennifer was so responsive when we didn't not have a K-Cup coffee maker and had one delivered overnight so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. A life saver! Loved the outdoor patio area with the swinging bed! Such a nice breeze when we came back after a hard day of shopping and wanted to just hang and rest before dinner. Definitely plan to come back again! :)

Not only did this home provide a cozy place to stay, but I also made a new friend! Terri is awesome and goes out of her way to make the stay perfect in every way. She is so accommodating and kind and her home is organized, going so far as a book of things to do and places to eat. The home is close to the park and to Schlitterbahn and the decorations in it are so warm and the home itself tells 100 years of stories! Perfect stay❤️

The house was perfect, very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Rebecca left us a lot of information on places to go, see and eat. We loved the area and neighborhood. We were able to walk to main street, it's a little ways but a nice walk I'd say 8-10 blocks, we stopped at a little coffee shop about half way! Rebecca was a great host we had a small issue and she responded to my message quickly and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here! If we ever need to stay in Fredericksburg again this will be my go to place to stay.
