Great, quiet property that is conveniently located near Emmanuel University and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean!! Will definitely be booking again!!

Stayed for two nights to visit with our daughters, one goes to UGA. Yes it was a drive to the campus but the setting and accommodations made it worthwhile! One slept on the pullout couch and reported it was comfortable which is not always the norm. Thank you Debbie and Steve!

It became a home away from home for my wife and I. Beautiful location, nicely tucked away from the crowded roads and set in a very private area on the lake. Full access to good food and groceries just down the road (city ofLavonia.) its very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to the hosts for their amazing responsiveness and very well maintained and beautiful home. They put in the effort in making this home a convenient, cozy, relaxing accommodation with no hassles. This location is now one of our favorite go to vacation spots. worth every moment.

I think this is the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Great value, spotless, comfortable bed.
