what a beautiful home, comfortable beds, comfortably accommodates 6, lots of games and activities! host was sooo nice!

Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

What a wonderful property! There are too many things to list in this review! Some of our favorites were sitting on the porch in the morning watching the horses graze in the field while we drank coffee. The kids loved feeding the horses and checking to see if the chickens had laid eggs. We played in the salt water infinity pool and watched the sunset as we sat in the jacuzzi. The spacious home and surrounding property felt like a true vacation. We hope to return in the future!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

we were in town for my son's wedding and had extended family and friends staying with us. Michael was very accommodating to our requests and very responsive when I had questions. His home is very roomy and had lots of space for us all to sleep.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

This was our 3rd stay at Dave’s and we look forward to more as we have family in town. Dave is an excellent host who works hard to make sure you have everything you need while staying at his place. He has always been helpful and kind to us. He’s like family to us now. The Airbnb is so comfortable and perfect for our family to be together. Our grandkids love coming here. Beautiful place with gorgeous property! Very well stocked kitchen and supplies throughout. Great location near downtown colville but still on rare huge private lot. Great access to the mountains or downtown.

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with 3 generations. Three nice bedrooms with private baths, plus a half bath off the kitchen gave us each our own space. An open kitchen, living and dining area made it perfect for being together. We made good use of the large, eat at island with comfortable chairs. My 89 year old father-in-law especially appreciated the swivel chairs with arm rests to help him get up and down with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, but it would have been nice to have more plates and forks, so we didn’t have to wash them between each meal. The kitchens up and down are both large and clean. We brought all of our food for three days, so we had plenty of room to store stuff. My son, wife and two year old daughter were in heaven with the kayaks, row boat, paddle boat and two person paddle board. They even talked us old fogies into getting out on the water. It was a chilly weekend, so the hot tub was great too. Hope to return!

What an incredible stay. Dawn has rightfully earned being a Diamond Host. Thoughtful, proactive, quick responses. And her home was clean, peaceful, beautiful, and big! The furniture was lovely and comfy! My kids enjoyed exploring the property inside and out. My favorite part was waking in the master bedroom to huge trees, hills and the sky or it was watching the sun set with my teen each evening or the incredible walk in shower. I highly recommend. Everything on site that is needed for a peaceful relaxing time. Fully equipped kitchen, extra towels and linen, very comfortable and versatile sleeping spaces. Extra clean ! Saw deer families and flocks of wild turkeys while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Lovely easy hikes through interesting terrain.

This little home tucked right in the heart of chewelah was perfect for our family of three. Our 3 year old son loved the bunk bed, being it was his first time in one. Every thing is Very nice and well kept! Has a large back yard for enjoying the cool summer nights. Best part is you are just a short walk from town and its beautiful scenery. Needless to say we will stay here again. Thank you Francine & Justin for making us feel at home away from home!

Besides being thoughtfully well-appointed, this place is aesthetically pleasing (as in photos), and the host, in written and in-person communications, gives the impression of someone who cares about the overall experience of her visiting guests. The pleasure in staying here for three nights remains with me even being “back home” now.

Jill’s home was humble and comfortable. We had 7 adults and 1 baby for 4 nights, and we had enough space to move around, yet enjoy each other’s company. The keurig coffee maker along with the supplied coffee was the biggest hit! We love our coffee. The location was peaceful and quiet with a view of the water from the back deck. We will come back if we need the space again.

This place was an absolute dream. Our daughter was getting married nearby, and we needed a place to stay close to the venue. We stumbled across this listing, and while the photos were beautiful, the real thing blew us away. The home is stunning—thoughtfully decorated, incredibly comfortable, with dreamy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and a great Sonos sound system. We were thrilled to find out it also serves as an event venue, and we hosted the rehearsal dinner here (for a fee). The event space was perfect—fun, yet elegant, spacious, and set in gorgeous surroundings that made the evening unforgettable. The hosts were some of the best we’ve ever encountered—so kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This stay exceeded every expectation, not just as a home base for a wedding weekend, but as a place where beautiful memories were made. Highly recommend—if you’re on the fence, just book it!

We had a fantastic stay for our son's graduation from Gonzaga. The home was great for all our family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Really beautiful location right on the water.

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home. It was an oasis and so peaceful. Marisa was extremely responsive and helpful. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

This home was in the most beautiful setting of DeerPark lake, complete with a porch for viewing the lake, deer, turtles and flocks of turkey. The gate on the deck helps keep our dog can find yet enjoying the outdoors. The house is very comfortable and well kept. The beds were comfortable and cozy and there was plenty of room to gather and chat with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, private ranch located close to steamboat rock park and dry falls park! The ranch has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the highlight was stargazing at night right from the backyard!
