Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

Our stay at Julie’s place was so good. All our family was there except one granddaughter. We had a great time on the water in spite of some rain. We rented a pontoon for Saturday and it was a hit for everyone. The house is well stocked and very spacious. It was helpful to have access to 2 kitchens. But just know there is nothing in the way of dishes or utensils downstairs. The game area was awesome and enjoyable for everyone. The downstairs bathroom needs a new shower because even though it’s clean it looks dirty. We had an issue with the AC when we got there and Julie jumped right on it and had someone there that night. (Even though she was in Italy!). We also found that the downstairs patio area had not been cleaned in a while and cushions were very dirty. We had to clean the two porches floors and cushions but I think no one had used the house for a while. Again she got someone there the next morning who power washed the patio and cushions outside. Julie is a great host.

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

We loved our stay! Beautiful, peaceful, and homey. Not too far out of the way. We loved the nice pool table and sitting at the dock. Sara was a great host and always quick to respond!

Incredible lakehouse in a beautiful, private area by the lake! Our group had an awesome time here and would highly recommend for a quiet weekend getaway. Lots to do in the area. One of the most unique lake houses I have ever seen!

I felt like a welcomed guest from the minute I walked in. The home was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. I have rented in Tennessee for the last 15 summers and have never rented a place that had so many extras (smores-popcorn- coffee pods-toiletries-kitchen supplies-etc. .Phil checked in to make sure everything was O:K. It is an absolute 5 Star !!!!

Great place to host our family for Grandpa’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed the ability to all be together in the main room. House and view were beautiful. If you want everyone to be together then this is the perfect place. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive.

This was our first time at Tim’s Ford Lake since moving to middle TN and it was a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back and stay here on an annual basis. Our group said this home was even more beautiful and impressive in person. The private spaces of the main level, lower and upper level are perfect for those gathering with more than one family. The setting is so peaceful, grounds are very well maintained and home was clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rope swing on the tree in the front yard and catching fireflies in the evening. It honestly couldn’t be more perfect, our family made core memories to last a lifetime. The house is great, liked just the photos and has plenty of supplies. The only thing that could make it better would be being closer to the lake!

we loved our stay at the Yurt! It was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed the hotub, pool, volleyball court, basketball court and the petting zoo! We also did the hiking trail across the street where you can visit AL, GA, and TN! Just be prepared it is very steep and you’ll feel very accomplished once you get to the top! My only complaint is we had many flies in our room, I believe they were coming from the 3 bags of trash that sat outside of the yurt hopefully this was a one time thing!

Quiet, comfortable lodging, loved having a full kitchen. I only spent the early morning & evenings in the apartment & during that time, neighbors were quiet. It’s a short drive to the civic center area. Neighborhood felt safe. Communication is great. I would stay again.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Noela's wishing we could stay even longer. Everything was new, clean, and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood very close to shopping and eating at the town square. Such a nice an AirBnB and reasonably priced. You can tell a lot of work and thought has been put into the entire property to make it enjoyable for renters. There was good communication back and forth. We really hope to return in the fall.

This was a wonderful apartment and a lot bigger than we expected! It is beautifully decorated and the couches and beds are very comfortable! Loved having the loft for the kids to sleep in, it was a big hit! The apartment was very clean which we appreciate! Joy is very conscientious and made us feel at home! Even helping with our little missteps without complaint! We really appreciated the little flowers and decorations we found around the home made it feel special! There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is beautiful! We recommend this place to everyone!

Becky and Russell were amazing hosts! Their hospitality really shined, as Becky provided clear and easy instructions for check-in, unexpected treats, and helpfulness in every way. They also provided extremely fast response on an issue with the washing machine, which was malfunctioning due to a lightning storm. She and Russell went out the same day and bought a new washer/dryer set. They really showed how much they care about their guest’s experience! This is such a beautiful, modern and comfortable space in a peaceful, wooded region. I really enjoyed staying here! Thank you!!

Emily and Blake were fantastic hosts! Their cabins by the river's edge are fantastic; clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication was smooth and friendly, they also provided great local recommendations, and even a helping hand for all your fishing needs. Since we couldn't get around the fishing part due to weather and time constraints, we are certainly hoping we'll be able to come back in the future to these superb, cozy cabins by the Elk. Highly recommend!

Such a darling cabin! It was perfect for our stay and 10 min door to door to University of the South. There were so many nice touches @ the cabin - snacks in kitchen, coffee stocked, great bathroom amenities, comfortable bed, etc! We loved it and will be back. Thank you, Amy!

We had a great stay!! The place is easy to find and feels very quiet and peaceful in nature, I wish we could've stayed a whole week. There are other houses in the area but they are not too close so you have space and it still feels private (just not 100% "in the middle of nowhere" private - we were also here in the winter with no leaves on the trees inbetween). As others mentioned, the stairs going up to the bathroom/bedrooms is more like a ladder so important to keep in mind if you have mobility issues, but we had no problem navigating them. Our dog stayed downstairs and had tons of fun running around outside. There's also some fantastic hikes in the area!! Can't wait to come back again when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the dock/lake. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

This was our second time staying here. The home is so beautiful, well appointed and the views are glorious. Having the gated neighborhood is an added bonus.

3 Bedrooms plus loft beds and 3 baths made this a great weekend stay for 3 couples and a single. the walk way outside is uneven rock and the stairs inside were larger spaced steps.

This mountain retreat is the perfect place to go with friends or family. You have areas to gather together and spend time by the fire or grilling and have an amazing view of the mountains, while still having your privacy. Each unit has its own bathroom and different sleeping arrangements. It is so magical and serene, the pictures do not do it justice.
