Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Franklin County

We had an amazing time staying at this house! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell they really care about their guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. It made the whole experience even better. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and feel safe. It was the perfect spot to enjoy some downtime, but still close enough to stores and restaurants when we needed something. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. Highly recommend!

Great place! Just as described … or maybe even better?! Loved the hot tub and the spot for a fire. Chickens are cute but the rooster is noisy in the morning. Neighbor has “interesting” lights and sounds that we think are to keep critters out of the garden. Very creepy at first until we realized it’s just something that goes off every few minutes. Kind of kills the “peaceful” vibe if you’re out at night enjoying a fire. Instructions were super helpful, and we loved all the little signs explaining which switches turned on what! We would definitely stay again!

I thought the listing was excellent value especially as a dog owner. We had 4 adults and 2 large dogs and it was comfortable and convenient for everyone involved. I didn't have any issues to speak of, it was clean and the owners were responsive and very pleasant to interact with.

Very well furnished home. All the things you need to be comfortable in your stay. Very clean, like new. Jillian was very easy to work with and prompt in communicating.

Melissa,  Thankyou for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. I appreciated: The beautiful views out the windows. The charging blocks in each room.  The great variety of housewares in the kitchen.  The view of the dock from the kitchen table (could watch my son-in-law and grandson catch fish). We all spent most of our time there-playing games, eating, etc. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. The beds were so cozy and comfortable.  Lots of extra super soft blankets to add to beds, if needed. The amenities furnished in the bathrooms were nice plus Plenty of Drawers. 😊 Loved the photo over the master bedroom entrance. And I know you arranged the not too hot weather! It was just perfect! My 88 year old Mom appreciated the Ion and Lifetime channels! 😊It’s the first trip she’s been on w/ us in years-she settled right in in front of the tv in the living room and said she would come back. Great Place/Great Host/Great Times

Will book again! Thanks to Jodie I had a fabulous location for my best friend’s wedding at centennial house. It is a short walk- 3 or so houses down. I appreciated the seclusion of the chateau with the convenience of central campus but most importantly- located RIGHT on Abbo’s Alley Trail head closest to the football field. A short walk to see the horses and to take a swim in Lake Cheston! We felt so lucky to be here and it made the wedding weekend incredibly easy! This Airbnb has all you need so you can pack light!

Absolutely loved this cute apartment in the gated community. Great restaurants all walkable. Free parking and super easy instructions. Pamela was awesome and always quick to respond. The place was perfect. Had loads of extra amenities like toothpaste, kitchen utensils, sauces etc etc. Highly recommended and will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you

I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The kiddos really wanted to enjoy the pond and have a campfire. We just didn’t have the time this trip.

Very nice studio apartment with large room and large bathroom. 2 of us stayed 2 nights. Had all we needed and was in very good condition. Didn't get to meet the owners, but they were very helpful when needed.

We loved this place! We were here for Bonnaroo so if you don’t want to camp, it’s about a 20 minute drive away from when a traffic line begins for the camp. But if you’re eyeing this place for a cozy getaway, I’d recommend! Very cute clean cabin vibe. I’d recommend a couple over a family, but you can fit 4 people fine. Overall very nice, and the person I was in communication with was very kind!

The condo was nice but the area had a lot of homeless people and pan handlers in the area.

Great stay. Convenient location. Met our needs. Good wifi/entertainment & comfortable beds. Older unit, but in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Place was easy to find and very clean. Host was awesome and communicated great. I will def be back when I’m in town, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

This was our third stay, and it has been satisfying to see the investments made in the property over time. First there was the addition of outdoor amenities like a picnic table, grill, and lights. This time we noticed upgrades like a new mattress, TV, and coffee table. The hosts were super responsive, too, when something came up. We look forward to seeing what’s next!

I really enjoyed this place! It was in a really good location. Very quiet and calm, and so close to everything. The town around it is very cute and has so much to do. It was no more than a 5-10 minute drive from everything we did while there. The space was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very enjoyable to stay at.

Cute apartment, would stay again. Location is very ideal to the Orion, which is why we were in town. I give the complex itself 5/10 for overall cleanliness and upkeep..
