This was great for our family holiday weekend. The big basement living area provided tons of space for our teens to play games and all the cousins to stay together. It was great for a cold weekend, but would be better when you can enjoy the outside more. It looked just like the photos, had great storage space in the kitchen and was really well insulated so you didn’t hear everyone when you were sleeping.

The Gipson House is a calm, clean, safe, peaceful getaway. The entire landscape is absolutely beautiful. The king bed is super comfortable! (Don’t know about the other bed.) And it’s an easy 10-minute drive to/from The Caverns. We got to meet Patti and her two pups! Patti is a wonderful host!! We hope to stay again when we are in town!

What a great spot! secluded, beautiful, tons of fun and lots of good times on the water. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a big group lake weekend. Management is super responsive and easy to work with. 12/10!

We loved our quick Valentine's Weekend stay at Kelly's property. The house was immaculate with all the needed amenities you'd expect. The large TVs in the bedrooms, den, and on the deck were amazing. Kelly responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for the weekend, or for longer stays with family. There is a cute Winchester, TN square with several quaint shops and restaurants only 16 minutes away. Then of course there is the lake for fun as well. We'll be back!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood! We loved the woods in the backyard and the back porch was the place to be! The house was just as it was described and the pictures were exactly what we experienced. Matthew was a great host and replied quickly to my questions. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend! The place was spotless! Once you are inside you are surrounded by trees and nature and it feels very secluded. The cabin had plenty of space and comfortable seating options. Very close to a boat ramp, Tims Ford Lake and the Elk River. The Curly Willow is a fun little antique store with reasonable prices and the farmers market in Winchester had great produce! One of our favorite vacations!

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

We were visiting Tennessee to explore between Chattanooga and Nashville, it was a great little cabin in a beautiful setting. This is a location for those who want peace and quiet with options nearby for taking in natural beauty. The game room is perfect for a getaway with friends or a family. The welcome book provided is super helpful and we visited a few of the suggested spots and they were awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. It was extra nice to have a golf cart for us to use in going from the various houses and taking people back and forth from the house to the community dock. This is a great house and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Thank you Emily for letting us book your Airbnb. Your property was amazing & perfect for a relaxing Easter weekend with my husband & adult sons. Very clean and inviting. The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

This quaint little house is Estill Springs is perfect for a family or a few couples to get together and not be too in town but also close enough to anything you might need. Plenty of space and things to do from movies to games and the screened in porch out back is very nice to relax and listen to the sounds of nature! It’s close to family and we will likely be back in the future!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Matt was very accommodating and we were able to check in a little early. The home was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with items you would need to cook as well as other items throughout the home such as shampoo and conditioner. Town was about 15 mins away, with a dollar general about 6 mins away. There were many beautiful waterfalls in the area to check out (Rutledge Falls and Old Stone Fort). Overall our experience was a 10/10. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Matt!

Highly recommend. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing! We had a relaxing long weekend fishing off of the dock and making memories with our friends and family. We would stay here again.
