The apartment has a master bedroom (1.35m bed) with its own bathroom, a studio room (1.50m folding bed), kitchen, living room, common bathroom and laundry room. Free street parking 50m away.

The other double room with 2 90cm beds has a wardrobe. Both the 2 bedrooms and the living room have access to a large terrace facing south. It has a garage space. The apartment is in perfect condition. Supermarket under the building.
