Accommodation identical to the description. Rented for three weeks in a row and the host was very responsive.

Typhaine's place was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything that makes a vacation relaxing and easy. Although the terrace is oriented towards a small one-way street, it was still good and protected to sit or eat there. The apartment has a parking space, which we were allowed to use free of charge. In addition, the Achėres-Ville train station is about a 20-minute walk away with a line to Paris/Center. A boulangerie is also just around the corner. The plus for a relaxing breakfast. Typhaine was always very communicative, helpful and friendly. If we had any questions or problems, we quickly got an answer. We highly recommend this place. Thank you, Typhaine!

Absolutely amaaazing! Alexis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and personally welcomed us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. I’m usually a little hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel, but this stay completely exceeded our expectations. Write in the middle of it all this place was perfect for us not having a car. Super clean, great lighting, and Laura was great with instructions and texting us before we arrived. She also has recommended restaurants, etc. In a booklet in the Airbnb. If you are not used to the hustle and bustle of a city do not stay at this place. This didn’t bother us but you can hear the honks of horns, the restaurants below and occasionally the neighbors playing music. None of it was bothersome to us but might not be for everyone.

Thanks to Sophie for hosting us ☺️ The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were various means of transport nearby as well as restaurants and supermarkets. She was always ready to answer any questions, so I would recommend it without hesitation!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
